Heartbreaking fact!! In the Good Omens/House M.D. AU, House still has both his limp and his cane. Just like Crowley, he’s also a fallen angel. The Fall messed up his leg (don’t ask for logistics), so by the time he was in the Garden, he was already in pain. Wilson (angel that he is) caught on to this quickly and when House told him he had a “nasty fall”, he was all “oh no that won’t do” and stole (technically) a branch from the Garden and tweaked it into a cane.
House still has that cane 6,000 years later. It’s been spruced up some to make it more “modern”, but it’s still the same branch. (If you’re wondering why he didn’t already have a cane like Saraqael's wheelchair, it’s because Hell is a piece of shit place that doesn’t allow accommodations)
