Hannibal parallels: Mizumono, the Wrath of the Lamb
Perhaps these walls must be sobbing, as I bid farewell to this place...

Goodbye syllables
stumble from my languid lips
it isn't my idea,
I am only an echo
of your painful parting shots.

Forgetting Me, Forgetting You
In some stream of consciousness,
wet with all these thoughts of you;
all gently flowing and ebbing
a continuous tide beneath the huge moon.
The moon is a bald soprano tonight
singing starful arias into your deepest sleep.
Tell me what you see when you turn out the lights.
Tell me what you see inside your deepest dreams.
All I remember and all I forget
blur in the blue light from my tv screen
and if the stars tried to warn or tell me
I’m sure I never heard them sing or scream.
You can keep us in a photograph
just to keep us in your mind
but if forgetting is what really makes you happy
that will come too, if you give it time.
Good-Byes sang by Hibiki, Takane, Yayoi, Chihaya, and Makoto. It was requested by Maihli.
Currently Feeling: Pained
I’m not fond of good-byes. I use “see you soon” or “talk to you” instead, because good-bye sounds so permanent like you are so sure that you won’t be seeing or talking to each other anymore. It gives that feeling of severing your connection to people with permanence, and that you are not giving re-connection a chance in the future.
So try not to say good-bye unless it’s actually what you mean. 😢
good-byes
Japanese school year ends in March, and it’s the time for good-byes. I, for one, had my fair share of good-byes in March. It was March when I left my hometown.
Night Sky
The sunset on the day just like every other day. The beautiful hues of orange blending into purple that fills the sky. As the color fades to the dark night sky I say my good-byes I slowly fade forever in to the night sky.
