Fukuno: Like instead of being my girlfriend, being my wife? Danda: ...eh?! Fukuno: Like instead of me being your boyfriend, being your husband? Danda: ........haa.. Fukuno: What’s “haa” supposed to mean! Does it mean “yes”? Does it mean “what”?*

*T/N Danda’s sigh “haa” in Japanese sounds similar to “hai!” meaning “yes!” and “haa?!” meaning “what?!”
I've decided to post again. I didn't intend to stop, to let posts about one day and another stand representative at the top of timelines that week by week were more neglected.
I'm consolidating at sarahkmalone.com and shutting down sarahwrotethat. To everyone who kept following while I was elsewhere: thank you! After this long I assume little one way or another about who'll see what I write, and there's a wonderful shock at familiar names and faces. I loved blogging here, and 'met' so many writers, artists, readers I respect. I've archived my Tumblr offline, and some of the older posts I'm proudest of I've ported over (with nice new wide-screen images). I'm sorry to lose the record of their likes and reblogs, but glad to lift them from their era. What a heady time it was.
