Annyeong (안녕) Amsterdam!
The time has finally come; I am at Schiphol Airport about to board my flight to Seoul, South Korea. Well, first I am flying to Shanghai where I will have a 4 hour layover, then I am off to Seoul. I will be spending the next few months as an exchange student at Korea University in Seoul. I have never been to Asia so I am quite excited to see what all the fuss is about. I also stocked up on deodorants before leaving just in case they really do not sell any in Asia. Apparently, Asians do not use deodorants as they do not smell when they sweat. Not sure if this is true; lets see how smelly it will get in a crowded subway. I’ll keep you guys updated. I will mostly be posting pictures on this blog as I am not much of a writer. Photos will be taken with my Nikon D3000. For now, here are some pictures of my summer. I went to Stuttgart for a week to see my family and friends, Budapest for a few days to visit family, London to see some more friends of mine, and then back to Amsterdam. It has been quite a busy summer but a very good one nevertheless. Alright, that’s it for now. Peace out Amsterdam, I will see you in January 2018. And a special thanks to Hilde, Karen and Jessica for bringing me to the airport.
