Check out the link in my profile for full details on how to purchase by book. . 💚Indian Sauerkraut - this was inspired by the Shivakraut recipe by Fermentationrecipes.com but this one was way easier as I used curry powder instead of whole spices, ginger and salt. Loved the taste! . Why lacto-fermented veggies? Because they contain live, natural probiotics which help with our gut health. Very good for the gut. I'd rather have these than the expensive probiotic capsules or powders in sachets.
