I have to confess that I stared at this ask for a hot minute wondering why someone would put salt on a Goodra.
Anyway, it'll happen nothing or barely anything. If the quantity is high and left for too long, it could cause skin rashes and irritation, but nothing else other than a Goodra upset with you. It'd be a bit worse on a Goomy or Sliggoo, but - again - why would you cause discomfort to them?
Even if their bodies have a high percentage of water, they aren't that sensitive to salt thanks to their Dragon typing.
Also, at least in my region's case, not all Goodra and, in general the Goomy-line, can be sensitive to salt. The local regional form here is a Poison/Dragon double type and the Poison typing helps a lot with the absorption and metabolization of various chemical substances, salt included.
This creature looks like a purple blob with four antenna and a goofy, wiggly grin.

Special Qualities: Hydration, Ooze anatomy, Adhesive, Stuck, Protect, Amphibious
Breath Weapons (Su): a Goomy has two breath weapons: one a small cone of bubbles that pop explosively, and one a line of purple fire. The purple fire counts as a +1 magical weapon for the purposes of damage resistance. Goomys are not immune to the breath weapons of other Goomys, but resistances still apply.
Absorb (Su): five times a day, the Goomy can make a ranged touch attack at +15. If it hits, it does 1d6 damage. The Goomy gains the amount of HP that the enemy lost, up to the Goomy’s maxiumum HP. Non-living enemies like constructs and undead are immune to this special attack.
Hydration (Ex): In an environment with an abundance of fresh water, such as in fresh water, in the rain, in thick fog, or an oppressively humid swamp, a Goomy receives a +5 bonus to all saving throws. Environments with toxic or salt water do not count toward this.
Ooze anatomy (Ex): Not subject to critical hits or flanking, does not take additional damage from precision-based attacks, such as sneak attack.
Adhesive (Ex): A Goomy exudes a thick slime that acts as a powerful adhesive, holding fast any creatures or items that touch it. An adhesive-covered goomy automatically grapples any creature it hits with its slam attack. Opponents so grappled cannot get free while the Goomy is alive without removing the adhesive first or convincing the Goomy to let go. A weapon that strikes an adhesive-coated Goomy is stuck fast unless the wielder succeeds on a DC 13 Reflex save. A successful DC 13 Strength check is needed to pry off a stuck weapon. Strong alcohol or universal solvent dissolves the adhesive, but the Goomy can still grapple normally. A Goomy can dissolve its adhesive at will, and the substance breaks down 5 rounds after the creature dies. The save DC is Strength-based.
Stuck (Ex): due to a Goomy’s adhesive surface, it can grip to walls, rolling down them 5 feet every round. If it hits a ceiling, it will stick there for 1d8 rounds before falling. A Goomy has a +5 CMD to avoid being moved.
Protect (Su): twice a day, as a move action, a Goomy can manifest a small force field, completely negating all damage done by the next attack to hit it.
Description:A small, round ball of ooze, most people have trouble believing that Goomys are dragons. Due to their unthreatening and playful nature, Goomys are generally seen as harmless.
Combat: Goomys typically only fight in self-defense, and then only if the attacker proves able to do real harm to the Goomy. It will commonly start with the bubble breath weapon, trying to dissuade the enemy, and will use Absorb, the fire breath weapon, and Protect to try and survive. If reduced to under ten hit points, the Goomy will try to run away, by climbing trees, disappearing into water, or any means possible.
Environment: Temperate to Tropical Swamps
Organization: Alone or Small Group (2-8). May also be found with Sliggoo
Treasure: Nothing consistent, but a Goomy might find and play with small shiny objects.
