Starfinder: Gardevoir
Gardevoir are rare and incredibly powerful, very intelligent, and not to be underestimated in any case. While they generally prefer to spend time with close friends or help those less fortunate, when pressed their psionic abilities make them incredibly dangerous. Gardeviors affect minds with ease, but they also use their abilities to telekinetically move objects or even manipulate gravity.

Synchronize (Su): Anytime a Gardevoir suffers a condition, the target that caused that condition is administered the same condition for the same duration.

Encounters: Though not violent by nature, Gardevoirs are often willing to fight for things they feel strongly about. Particularly people; their natural telepathy and empathy (in addition to their psychic powers) cause them to form very strong feelings about people. Usually positive ones, but hatred can bloom if a Gardevoir doesn’t watch themselves. In combat, Gardevoirs prefer to act as support casters, undermining enemies while others do the messier work. However, in a pinch their natural powers allow them to fire strange beams of energy or blasts of telekinetic force.
Mystics: When Gardevoirs focus on modern teachings over developing their innate abilities, they typically gravitate to the path of the mystic. While they could embrace any connection, empathy is the one they most gravitate toward both in their natural ability and their temperaments. They typically tend to act as experts in psychology, helping others recover from psyonic scars or the like. While they fight much the same as a mundane Gardevoir, they have more abilities usable out of combat and take some effort to get reasonable weapons.
Customization Ideas:
Spell List: The spell lists listed here are a mix of utility, support, and damage. Some Gardevoirs might focus on one aspect in particular, such as using their telekinetic ability to destroy their enemies.
Connections: While the empathy connection is the most obvious, there’s no reason that specific Gardevoir mystics wouldn’t pursue other ones. In particular, both the Mindbreaker and Overlord connections involve psionic power.
