got curious about photogrammetry stuff so i investigated what the (completely free) options were for it nowadays. and then i downloaded meshroom and reconstructed my gordlet figure. technology is cool

mr drops perler bead creation reminded me i have a bunch of drawings of these creatures i havent shared here
a couple of months back I made a 3d model of @agendersynth 's gordlet. since then ive been slowly working towards manifesting it into the real world. behold!!!
heres what it originally looked like back in may
in october my friend brought her 3d printer up to my place... i wanted to print this out, but it was basically a smooth bean with a face painted on and i didnt want to deal with paint irl. so i went back to the file and added all the detail in the geometry itself. also i got carried away trying to remember how to sculpt hair. its been a long time since ive used zbrush outside of work... wistful sigh
happy birthday synth my friend synth . your little guys are real now and theyre going on adventures
WAAAAUAUUUUUGUGUGGUHHH........... THEYRE REAL.. THEYRE LIVING.... thank you.......... ;___;
