As Martin Brundle would say, "a day late and a dollar short." Actually two days late!
The launch of the McLaren M23 took place on 1st January 1976, fifty years and two days ago. The top photo shows Jochen Mass and Teddy Meyer standing, McLaren designer Gordon Coppuck to James's right and Patty McLaren (Bruce's widow) to James's left. Unfortunately, I couldn't find out the identity of the journalist sitting in the car in the last photo. All images from LAT
