This antique silver tea set was the absolute height of fashion in America in the 1860s. It was made by Gorham Silversmith's in their 'Medallion' pattern and features a series of neoclassical roman profiles embossed on the handles. The 5 piece set has all that was necessary for hosting tea including a teapot, spirit kettle, creamer, sugar pot and a waste bowl.
