Sometimes I believe Food manufacturers put colourful comfort foods because they want to profit off our weaknesses albeit likely shorten any chances of longevity. A bad for me dietary wise created a night out of hell my continuous nervous cough my wife wanted to divorce me. At 2am I ate 3 stems of organic celery; its alkalinity combined with sleeping tablet Nytol (I try not to take) helped alleviate symptoms. Woke up at 7.15 a little groggy but began day with my every morning formulae of a litre of lemon, cider vinegar & Jiagulan tea. Digressing back to fitness The day before I found out about my knee fracture I would certainly not done 1️⃣ My sports masseuse whom I saw after my workout said this is definitely not good for your knee.
