When I first bought this waist trainer I needed help to get it on the first set of clips. Then that was just prior to my pre-contest diet where my waist is usually at the high end of 30’s. Now 15 weeks later, I’m getting it on the last set of clips, and my waist is 32 inches. I suspect within the next four weeks I’ll be down to 31 and that’s a good size waist which should help accentuate that X factor look!
