Bran possessing Hodor was such a stroke of genius. Though Locke's murder probably didn't help his mental health any.
Bran being feet away from Jon and choosing not to call him even though he desperately wants to is so heartbreaking. Especially when you think this is the last time Bran sees Jon as Bran.
I'm so glad to see that Craster's got so much attention these past three episodes! Whatever would I do without this massive canon divergence that disgusts me to no end? And just think of Burn Gorman who plays Karl! He must be so happy to get so much screen time, more than basically anyone that actually matters in the great scheme of Asoiaf.

I am 10 seconds into the new episode and I could already write a rant that is ALL CAPS because I am so, so fucking angry at D&D. Well done guys. You are hellbent on fucking everything up, eh? Why, why, why are you crowning Tommen? This does not make sense. It is (a great part of) what keeps Cersei on her toes throughout AFfC. It is what makes her itchy about this new High Septon who refuses to crown Tommen officially. Are we glossing over the threat of the sparrows? Apparently. What are you going to concentrate on instead, D&D? More dubcon incest? Ugh.
