Well … it would certainly take care of the shock and awe aspect that GOT is famous for! :)))))

In all seriousness, I think that if we get a Jonsa sex scene, and I think we will, it’s going to be romantic and tender as opposed to explicit. GOT has a pattern when it comes to their sex scenes and graphic scenes are kept exclusively for brothel interactions or scenes that are meant to truly shock and unsettle (like Jaime/Cersei in season 1 ).

It’s kind of a dead give away that they made b0atbang as explicit and devoid of emotion as it was because their sex scenes between characters that are in love have always been more romantic than graphic:

1. Sam and Gilly - they got some kissing leading up to the act and then fade to black.

2. Jon/Ygritte had quite a bit of nudity but the scene itself was not explicit. It was focused more on the post-sex interaction.

3. Tyrion/Shae had a bit of nudity from Shae but nothing graphic.

4. Robb and Talisa had two sex scenes and nudity but nothing explicit. They were primarily focused on the foreplay and the post-sex interaction.

5. D*ny and Drogo are the most interesting, though - they had 2 sex scenes after they were married but they were not romantic but rather disturbing rape scenes, with D*ny crying through both of them. Those two were also pretty explicit.

It was only after D*ny switched the tables on him, that we went back to romantic/non-explicit with them kissing and fading to black and also a post-sex scene with both in the nude but just hugging and talking.

So if Jonsa becomes canon, I fully expect them to follow the romantic/non-explicit sex scene rule.
