So I've already answered for my most recently written OC, so I'm going to do Kat instead...cause I wanna!!!
So Kat's first tattoo is obviously the anti-possession symbol, which I still am not revealing the placement of because it's a really big moment in canon. As the story goes on, she actually ends up collecting tattoos until she looks like this badass biker chick. Dean wishes he could be as cool as his girlfriend.
She also has a caduceus tattoo on the inside of her wrist for her mother, later black wings on her shoulder blades fro Cas (that one takes a couple trips, but she likes the pain at that point.) Way, way later down the line, I like the idea of her and Dean both getting bands tattooed on their ring fingers. Jewelry is expensive, and you never know when you're gonna lose it on a hunt. This is just cleaner.
I KNOW I had at least two others planned for canon, but I'll be damned if I remember what they were. I think one of them is a fancy "J," which kills a couple birds with one stone: Jessica, Jack, and as she likes to remind her ever so often, for Jo. She also devises a sort of symbol for her initials, so if you read it forward it's KM for Katherine Moore, and if you read it the other way it's KW for Katherine Winchester.
(I'm not flooding everyone's dashes with pictures of ALL Kat's tattoos, but when I get that far I might commission some fan art of her with her back pieces.)
