Post Series End Game: Arya and Gendry Live Happily Ever After in Storm’s End

With the Long Night at an end, the heroines and heroes of the struggle gained rewards and appointments from Queen Daenerys Targaryen. As the natural son of Robert Baratheon, Gendry was the logical choice to take up the lordship of the Stormlands. Though uneducated, he was quick to learn. More than that, his wife, Arya of House Stark, proved more than willing to administrate as he learned how to govern. Together, they ruled from Storm’s End for decades. Though Arya never forgot her home in the North, returning every so often with her pups to visit her brothers and their children in Winterfell.

Presenting themselves as a love match kept Arya's mother from pushing her at different bachelors while few women wished to challenge her as a rival for Gendry.

But the best lies are seasoned with truth. The more they put on their act, the less acting was required. By the time Lady Whistledown reported rumors of their engagement, they each hoped the gossip might become the truth.
