I mostly just babble about whatever my current interest is and my thoughts on it. Sometimes you will get Pokemon headcanons!

I tend to post only about female characters and f/f ships and am sometimes pretty vocal about the things I don't like. This often includes popular male characters, jsyk.

pokemon is and always has been the absolute love of my life and my faves from it are:

Pls note: I know it's likely no one reads this shit but I'm going to state anyway, I do not accept that Diantha is a mother and am pointedly ignoring this part of canon. Please do not ask me about anything relating to Diantha (or Cynthia) being mothers.

I also enjoy Baldur's Gate 3, the Red Dead franchise as a whole, Neopets, Palworld, The Legend of Zelda, Weird West (game), Dorohedoro, and Stardew Valley

I do agree with that one headcanon I reblogged a while back tho that airplane would be BIG into Christmas . I haven't much to add to that

I don't see gothicrock being very christmasy but also at the same time I think it would be really cute if Roxie was like surprisingly really excited about it and tries to not seem like she is bc it's "a big stupid capitalist scam" but there's maybe a part of her that gets really hyped about it and she can barely keep a lid on it. Marley absolutely indulges her lol

Omochiri would be into it. I like to think of Rika playing at holiday concerts. Geeta is always there to support them. They both also loooove how excited Poppy gets about Christmas and do as many family oriented things as possible.

anyway the point of that was i wanna make a timeline of events for how things come about for my main faves in my head for no reason other than meaningless organization make brain go brrr but the main points of it are (disclaimer that i am a fandom troglodyte who prioritizes shipping way too much)

cheryl and marley are very very close friends and as they become more stable in life, they realize what they want out of life are things that are leading them in different directions . marley moves to unova

cheryl lives with her grandfather in floaroma, visits neighboring eterna city often for errands and/or work

meets gardenia, they eventually get into relationship.

meanwhile cynthia and diantha are pussyfooting around each other and likely have been for a while but still arent anywhere near getting into a relationship

gardenia and cheryl uhaul it and move in together shortly after starting relationship

marley meets roxie several months into moving to unova, perhaps through marley trying to meet others in her area by playing games at local nerd shops or perhaps meeting a totally trashed roxie at a concert. something like that. details unclear

marley and roxie begin a "relationship" that both are aware is not a real relationship and is for nefarious purposes

cynthia and diantha are still being stupid and not yet together but theyre getting closer

something is stirring between roxie and marley??

gardenia and cheryl start talking about marriage a couple years into their relationship

cynthia and diantha are still not together

roxie has some sort of meltdown upon realizing she cant avoid her actual feelings about marley anymore bc they make her feel so vulnerable and embarrassed

theres still lots of things i could add about individual characters that have nothing to do with shipping but that would make this post much much longer and far more confusing to follow

Ok this one definitely isn't exactly along the same lines as the last two posts but the thought of Marley's Arcanine carrying Roxie by the scruff of her jacket when she's flying off the handle and uncontrollable or possibly in trouble and tries to run away is really delightful to me. She's short enough her feet don't touch the ground lol

roxie is also just extremely invested in having a good time all the time. once she grows out of that obnoxious insecurity a bit (marley is gonna tear it out of her) and shes more comfortable just existing without being hyper alert of how others perceive her all the time, shes a very charming person who thrives on making others laugh and being totally in the moment

i also think there is an extremely caring and compassionate side of roxie that is very genuine and earnest but she is easily embarrassed about. as her relationship with marley deepens, it becomes more apparent just how much she enjoys doing things for marley and helping her out with stuff (even if shes the type to complain teasingly or rip on a situation for fun and just needs to make a big show of it, if marley needs something roxie is already up out of her seat before marley's even finished asking)

ive been also wondering how roxie would do if she went with marley to sinnoh

honestly? probably complain a lot about how cold and dreary it often is ("this is the most depressing place ive ever been, the fuck. actually, this makes perfect sense now that i know where you come from" while gesturing at marley)

roxie is instructed to be on her best behavior while visiting marleys best friend, under penalty of death (to me, marley is someone who often makes dramatic threats in passing just because she thinks its funny, and roxie soon learns which threats she actually needs to pay attention to)

tbh i cant see grungy city kid roxie doing too well in a small, laid back sinnoh town ("theres literally nothing to do in this shit hole. no fucking wonder everyone here smokes so much weed, its better than being conscious of the fact you have to live here")
