Something is Weird but idk what" bc from her perspective everything has been hunky dory so she can't for the life of her figure out this weird tension from her gf that comes and goes and Diantha is gonna clam up about it and isn't gonna talk about it till she's not even in Sinnoh anymore bc if she does try to talk about it she's probably gonna cry

And then when she does eventually tell Cynthia it basically boils down to "I had such a good Christmas for the first time in basically ever that I thought I was going to have a heart attack and now I'm bawling my eyes out to you about it and I don't really know why" and Cynthia is. Absolutely bewildered
