This Take A Break Tuesday, try to relax yourself by taking yourself someplace else. Of course, not physically but through your mind, a process called VISUALIZATION. Close your eyes and imagine your self in a calming atmosphere like the beach. Not only visually, think about the sound of the waves, the smell of the saltwater, the feel of the sand on your toes, and drift away into the dream for a few minutes. Doing so will greatly contribute to your relaxation and can serve as a short recharge time for yourself.
SHELTER IN PLACE
The sand on this beach doesn’t breakdown like normal sand. Glass beach used to be a place where you dumped trash and glass in the sixties. Now the ocean washes up huge chunks of sea glass and bits of porcelain china of all the colors of the rainbow. It is illegal to take glass from this beach. You should still dig through the glass anyway.

Day 95
I took Issy back to her cleaning job for the first time today since lockdown began..
I had a leisurely start to my day even though I was going into the office. I made it in by 11 and got the cleaning out of the way first. Then got on with timesheets and kept busy until nearly 6.
After work I ran around Jacks for much needed supplies and tea and gin!! I didn’t get home until nearly 7 and did a quick pizza for tea.
The news and social media is full of the beaches being FULL of people who cannot possibly social distance as there are so many of them. People are outraged. We were supposed to go to Hunstanton tonight but it just didn’t happen. If it was as full though as the reports are showing I would just turn around go home again. William is keen to go though and as he has only left the house once in 14 weeks I need to made it happen.
