This character study of Regulus for The Curious Case of Plas Celyn (I'm changing the b&e name because there's already a b&e called Penwyth) is basically a deep literary dive into his life. It really looks at his relationship with his father and the rigid gender expectations inside the wealthy elite of the late 1960s. More than that, it explores how being put in the position of the only 'daughter' messes with his own sense of gender, leading up to the exact moment that pushes him into elephant conservation.
I'm calling it What Daughters Are For, and it'll be up soon.
Should also have Peter's 'child era' character study soon as well.
While I'm waiting for feedback on my drownedrat fic I'm working on my BG3 fanfic and I just did the math...
My tav, Nadven'drada, was a magistrate at the same time as Astarion and was present when he went missing.
This completely changes the way Astarion joins the party 😭
Not satisfied with my current repertoire of works on AO3. They will be disappearing from my profile. Never worry!!! This is temporary as I will be rewriting them all. No ETA on that, but it will happen!!!
Experimenting with a few things in Obsidian that will hopefully up my writing productivity:
I'm reviving my personal logging & expansion project of the Harry Potter world building.
I'm using the Johnny Decimal System of numbering digital files
I'm using a less compartmentalized system for writing. My current vault has an active projects folder, a shelved projects folder, a short fiction folder, and an archive. A project has all it's folders within a project folder that moves between these folders. This works okay, but spreading it out like in this vault may work better.
Pink :D
I'll keep y'all posted on the progress!!!
