One thing that does irk me about public radio is that there’s always a hard pivot from election coverage to classical music.

So, now that they’ve wrapped up their special coverage of the election, I’m just listening to Mahler symph 7 and refreshing Associated Press every 3 minutes like a crazy person.

i swear to god it’s been years since i had a film come out of nowhere and grip me by the throat like this — hp and lotr come to mind — and god the fandom has been overall amazing and i’ve watched ao3 grow from 500 stories to over 8k and it makes me so happy. but there’s something to be said about how validated i feel to see people still care so deeply about this movie (🤡🤡🤡) and the genuine excitement and joy and satisfaction i have in knowing more is coming. i feel like all the feelings we felt over this movie and comic series have been acknowledged. fucking finally.
