he started it for his grandma, she was in the hospital, too sick to talk or call, but he still wanted to be able to have some sort of connection, some kind of way that she could see him, know he was taking care of everything at home, and the nurses made sure to put it on for her everytime
when the day before she was discharged, he did a sort of "last stream" vod since there were a few other people who watched along for advice, he was a really small channel and he his grandma was coming back, so he didnt need to keep streaming
but then he got encouragement in the chat to keep going, that they really liked his cooking and it helped them eat better themselves since he talked about the instructions while he cooked (brownie points if this person is robert hehe) and he decided that if he can help people while doing something he likes, then no harm no foul, right?
the thing is, he gets Really good at it, and gets starts getting a bit popular because of that
if youll allow me to get cliche, at a certain point, his followers start begging for a face reveal at whatever follower count, and he gets really shy about it, but eventually relents and agrees
so the follower special has his full body now, not just having his head cut off and out of frame, and of course everyone is going crazy for that man
a bunch of viewers start popping in, raids, what have you, this could probably be where the z-team recruitment stand in comes in to play honestly, and hes genuinely shocked
the entire stream hes really flustered, making a little cake for the channel, half of the time hes talking is just to say thank you to the chat whenever they compliment him or donate or do literally anything
and when its over hes shell shocked, setting a piece of the cake aside for his grandma and wondering if what happened was real or not when his phone starts buzzing out of control
suddenly hes getting a Ton of collab requests, batz0, Devil Down Under, Prism herself-
he needs to sit down for a while after that
