You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:6-8 Christ died, not for people who look like they have it all together but for people who were, "powerless," "ungodly," and "sinners" This truth is tremendously freeing. I don't have to be wondering if God is going to abandon me because I failed Him. God already knows the worst about me -- and He chose to love me! God's love never fails-- delight in that statement.

He has saved us and called us to a holy life--not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus. 2 Timothy 1:9 When a life is touched by Christ, he/she is eager to repent and turn away from past sins. They long to obey the word of God because they are in love with their Saviour and want to please Him in every way. They are so grateful to Him for His saving grace and do not take His grace for granted and continue to sin under the guise of grace. God’s grace enables us to live and grow and thrive in Him. His grace builds us up and helps us bear fruit. I don’t want to be left where grace initially found me. I want to grow up in Christ, so I may reflect to others what grace is like.
“Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me!” None of us want to think that we are wretched. When we compare ourselves with others we think we are somewhat better or okay, we don't realise how wretched and pitiful we are. When Isaiah saw the LORD Almighty in all His glory, he said, "Woe is me, for I am ruined! Because I am a man of unclean lips, And I live among a people of unclean lips; For my eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts." When he saw the holiness of God, he recognised his own sinfulness. We can never go to God in this sinful state. Today, we have a Savior, Jesus Christ, who died for us. He will save us by His grace and make us righteous, all we have to do is place our faith and trust in Him. Would you ask Him to be your Saviour and Lord?

“A thousand times I’ve failed. Still your mercy remains. And should I stumble again. Still I’m caught in your grace.” That’s so true, no matter how many times I’ve failed, GOD is still there loving and guiding me. If you have made a mistake and the enemy is taunting you, or if you are in a pit of guilt, the Lord wants you to know that He loves you. The Lord says, “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love: therefore with loving kindness have I drawn you. Again I will build you and you will be rebuilt.” Jeremiah 31:3-4 He will rebuild all that the enemy has destroyed in your life. All you have to do is run to the arms of Jesus.
