MU: STUDENT COUNCIL ORGANIZATION CHART

Since MU is like a very private and elite school, there's only like around a thousand students here, which is why the organization is pretty much few.

(There's obv more club presidents but the chart is like a mini representation of the hierarchy of the organization! With the president in graduate level being like the *main* student president, ofc.)

Grace Rose - Entity of Black Garden This card cannot be summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by tributing Black Rose Dragon or by Rose Retribution. This card can also be treated as a Dragon Type monster on the field. Plant Type monsters you control gain 100 ATK and DEF for each Plant Type in your graveyard. Dragon Type monsters you control gain 100 ATK and DEF for each Dragon Type in your graveyard. Once per turn, during either player's turn, by revealing a Plant Type or a Dragon Type from your hand, you can negate the effect of a Spell or Trap Card and destroy it. During your opponent's battle phase, by discarding a Plant Type or a Dragon Type from your hand, you can negate the attack. When this card is destroyed, you can special summon Black Rose Dragon from your graveyard.
