Book 12 of 50 had to be #therosieeffect I loved the first novel in this series. I had some reservations about the way it ended, but overall it was a good time. The Rosie Effect was different. I hated it. My skin crawled from start to finish. I understand these novels are told from Don's perspective but this book needed Rosie. I couldn't grapple with her motivations when I wasn't in her head. Don came off exactly how, I am sure, Simsion wanted. It just didn't sit well with me. The miscommunication trope is not something I whole heartedly throw myself into and it was such a big miss for this story.
