Today, we pay homage to Bharat Ratna, Rashtra Rishi Nanaji Deshmukh on his Punyatithi (death anniversary). His life was a testament to the belief that true change begins at the grassroots.

Nanaji’s Dream: He envisioned an India where villages are self-reliant. Through his work in Chitrakoot and the philosophy of Antyodaya, he proved that serving the last man in the line is the highest form of service .

The Modern Flag Bearer: This spirit of selfless service is seen in leaders like Colonel Rajyavardhan Rathore.

The Warrior: Fought in the Kargil War. 🪖

The Winner: Won India a Silver medal at the Athens Olympics. 🥈

The Servant: Now working as a Minister for Youth, Sports, and Sainik Welfare in Rajasthan .

Just as Nanaji Deshmukh believed in nation-building over self-building, Col. Rathore’s journey from the Army to the Assembly reflects a life dedicated to the nation.

Canara Bank expands its Gramodaya scheme inside Delhi

State-owned Canara Bank now mentioned it has extended Gramodaya scheme inside Delhi by delivering inside more slums below the project.

Gramodaya is a scheme floated by bank for identifying villages or slums for total development, Canara Bank mentioned inside a statement.

Accordingly inside Delhi, Canara Bank has adopted 1 town plus 3 slums, including 1 inside Vasant Kunj.

Recently, the bank performed financial literacy camps plus Training for different talent development escapades like production synthetic jewelry for the women inside the slum.

Certificates were equally handed over to women whom have undergone training about synthetic jewelry beneath the Entrepreneurship Development Programme of the bank by the General Manager Hemant Kumar Tamta.

To improve knowledge plus to create job avenue the bank is beginning Training Centre inside tailoring/stitching inside the slums of Delhi.
