Courage the Cowardly Dog, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Futurama, and now... MLP. Four shows that actually made me cry on something beautiful or emotional. My God, this is one very beautiful episode. In this episode, after meeting with a pear merchant named Grand Pear (voiced by Star Trek's William Shatner), Apple Bloom wanted to know why the Apple Family has a grudge against the Pear Family. So with the help of the Mayor of Ponyville, Mrs. Cake and a friend, they talk about the history of the feud, which also involves Applejack's deceased parents, Grand Mac and Pear Butter (voiced by Buffy the Vampire Slayer's Felicia Day). Damn. This episode is full of the feels. We know more of the Apples (with a twist I didn't expect that I won't spoil), the love story betweeen Grand Mac and Pear Butter is so damn adorable and emotional, William Shatner and Felicia Day did their roles very great, Pear Butter's beautiful song at the middle, and the ending did leave with a beautiful note. I actually teared up on how beautiful this episode is. Possibly the best episode of Season 7 so far and possibly one of the best episodes of the show yet. 😊
