Okay guys I have this headcanon I've been dying to share So we know that Acnologia was originally a human, but then because of his dragon slaying magic, was turned into the dragon. Well What If The dragon slayers weren't adopted by dragons, but rather Igneel, Grandina, Metalicana, and the other dragon parents were their biological parents? They all could have been dragon slayers at one time, but because of the threat of Acnologia, were forced to turn into dragons, and had to abandon their family and children? What if to save their kids, the parents had to take them to another time, teach them dragon slaying magic, and hope that they could do what they couldn't and defeat Acnologia? Just some food for thought
