I don't know if you have done this one yet, but does Granny from Granny have a Ryu Number by any chance?

Granny does not have has a Ryu Number of 4.

(CORRECTION: Per @sophianightdreamer, Granny has a Ryu Number through cameos from the Slendrina games.)

These Ocs I made are/replace the player characters, because I like creating my own designs and lore for the player character in the games I can play and wanted to do the same for the games I can only see youtubers play because I don't own a PC🥲
