First of all DNI if you don't care, don't want to believe or want to move on. I don't want to have to filter or disable comments to stop the negative folks from being negative or trying to shut down discussion. This is for speculation, theory crafting and puzzle solving. Thank you UwU
So I went and had a look on twitter. I took a lot of screenshots of the stuff BC I know a lot of us don't like to use twitter. I will also provide links to other sites (resources) that aren't twitter.

Granny Norma & @DentalMach10901
So to start I'm gonna go with Granny Norma, she and Boritto Glasses had a pretty interesting interaction with an account that was responding to posts and then deactivated itself.
If you don't know who Granny Norma is, I don't blame you I didn't either, she's a twitter account that almost exclusively posts about conformitygate, but her account was called out as being "the silver cat" by CG1987 (@DentalMach10901) before they deactivated their account.
The direct messages are from Granny Norma and CG1987. Someone pointed out in replies that Jamie Campbell Bower ends all his tweets with a "x" too. And the "Darling" could be a reference to his old band "The Darling Buds" or it could be a song title.
This is a DEEP rabbit hole. Granny Norma has soooo many tweets, so many long tweets, so much interaction with the twitter conformitygate community. Honestly, it is very overwhelming.
I will continue to share more if anyone is interested, doesn't have a twitter or just enjoys the bs >ο<
