As I promised, I like to introduce the first winery I was visiting this week in Moravia, the south of Czech Republic. 🍷 The Madl winery started in 1993 with only a few hectares but now they grew as big as 53 hectares with a great selection of grape🍇 varieties. We have tasted a good amount of wines, mainly from the tanks, from last year's harvest to this year's which was still fermenting! My favourite was the white Pálava grape, which is a fruity, easy drinking white wine, a czech speciality, great as an aperitif! 👌 And as a red, André is an other variety from the country with similar characteristics👅 as Blaufrankisch and Cabernet Franc.
