Witch Hat Atelier artstyle study with Kalops and some elements from chapter 1. Mostly wanted to replicate the little chapter illustrations that usually feature one character and some nice visual elements and frames.
bug studies
did these directly in pen, in about 5-10 minutes each, based on pictures. sources in the readmore! :3
studies of a variety of mushrooms from photos. I tried to focus mostly on drawing diverse shapes. Mushroom diversity is immense!

A quick study from a picture I took last summer. OG picture under the cut :3 This was in an abandoned house near my father's place, and the neighbors' cat who was quite friendly would sometimes follow me on my adventures if they involved staying somewhere warm and sunny. I Actually also have a study of the view inside the abandoned house itself that I did with watercolors while I was there, maybe I'll post that too one of these days :D
small plant studies from my own pictures. wanted to do my usual no-sketch painting process on them to really understand the shapes they form and their form in 3D space
