Its a curious thing isnt it? The old 'mood'. I suppose fundamentally its known as a mood swing. I dont tend to be in bad moods often. I may sulk for a couple of hours but I will sudddenly find something that amuses me more and thus, I will be happy again in seconds. But up and down are two really powerful feelings over me.
Its not just moods, it situations, scenarios, time, people, relationships, love interests and friendships. There are loads of things constantly changing in my life. I think what i find weird is I see something like a graphic equaliser in my head. Only so many notches can be assigned to so many different things. This means some things will sometimes go unfulfilled whereas others will get my full attention. This is an illustration of what i mean..
At the moment, work isnt getting as many notches. Neither is gym activity. My love life isnt getting as many as I would like it to, but i kinda feel like im holding notches back just in case the right person comes along. I reckon soon, when I get back to playing football, this will encourage my gym activity again so thats good. Most of my notches currently go into my diet, tattoos and sleeping. I've been forcing myself out round town on a Saturday night otherwise I will sit in my house like a loner. I've also had a good time so thats ok. Money is gonna be an issue soon but I am trying to ignore this factor.
Basically, I want all of my notches to be the same. The part that is frustrating me is that I aint got enough notches.
