If you're watching 13RW...
If you are watching "13 reasons why" season 2 PLEASE don't ignore this. I've seen people talk about the bathroom scene with Tyler but i was never ready for what was really coming. If you don't think you can deal with REALLY GRAPHIC AND VIOLENT scenes or had in the past or is right now dealing with bullying, past sexual abuse or just don't have the stomach to gore at all: DON'T WATCH FROM 38:09 TO 39:45. AND DON'T WATCH FROM 45:13 TO 45:35. DON'T. I can handle terrible things and even so i cried and i felt that urge to vomit (not like "imgonnavomitrightnowomg-" , and more like "if i see a toilet im gonna vomit.")
If you wanna know what happened (obviously, spoilers) i will describe it for you and you can jump the scenes, okay? Then you don't lost anything relevant to the plot! So, Tyler is surrounded by 3 jocks in the bathroom and he is all like "hey, im sorry for any pain i might have caused you...", but the guys are up for violence. They hit his head in the sink and mirror (very very hard) and push his head inside the toilet. After that they literally rape him with a mop. That's it. And the seconds long part is not worth mention since all important to the plot is in the first scene (the one i just described).

I haven't seen pillars of the earth or hick but please enlighten me about what content they contain that would make the mating dance seem tame? I need to know for reasons
Pillars — Sex, nudity (not to mention relentless violence)
Hick — Rape of a minor and murder (twice) for starters…need more?

Hi! Just wondering how graphic episodes 2, 3 an 4 are. I love the show so much, I just have to watch it. But I'd like to try and prepare myself so I don't get a mutilated body sprung upon me suddenly! if you could possibly outline when the graphic and violent moments occur (and if it's really apparent that something yucky is about to happen or totally out of the blue), so that I can close my eyes in time, I would be so grateful! P.S. - Great blog!
Hi! I’m so sorry, I only saw your message today :( I wouldn’t recommend you to watch this show since you’re sensitive with this kind of scene. I don’t remember the scenes exactly, but there’s a lot of shootings, surgery scenes - with Maeve in episodes 2 and 3, I think -, a knife being used - episode 4, in the end of it, it’s a scene with Maeve and Hector - and even a rock smashing someone’s head - the end of episode 3, a scene with Elsie, Stubbs and a stray host. If I rewatch it this week, I can try to point it better for you. And thank you for enjoying the blog!

I think it is sort of similar to watching a movie with you parents and having a graphic scene come on. Everything just instantly gets more awkward.
