iGame GeForce RTX 3070 Ultra W OC-V Introduction
Today I have the iGame GeForce RTX 3070 Ultra W OC-V video card from COLORFUL on the test bench. Established in 1995, COLORFUL now holds the largest share in the Chinese graphics card market, integrating independent development, production, and sales. As a strategic partner of NVIDIA, AMD, and INTEL in China, COLORFUL has an impressive portfolio of tech products thanks to its solid inhouse R&D, development, and production. The Chinese-based company offers various product lines of motherboards, graphics cards, all-in-one PC, memory & SSD, industrial server, computer case, power supply, Hi-Fi player, and industrial integration.
The focus of this review will be the white-clad iGame GeForce RTX 3070 Ultra W OC-V. This video card has minimal RGB highlights and comes with interesting design choices that gives it a unique look among the current RTX 3070 series offerings. To me it looks straight out of a cyberpunk universe with its asymmetric makings and OC button implant.

iGame GeForce RTX 3070 Ultra W OC-V Closer Look
The iGame GeForce RTX 3070 Ultra W OC-V comes in a flashy packaging that showcases the card aesthetics, and of course highlights the major features including ray tracing and NVIDIA DLSS support. Inside, the card is protected by a luxurious felt-covered dense foam. The accessories bundle is pretty slim and consists of a warranty card and a user manual.
Just like most of the other custom GeForce RTX 3070 cards released so far, the iGame GeForce RTX 3070 Ultra W OC-V is a hefty piece of hardware. It measures 310 x 131.5 x 56 mm (12.2 x 5.2 x 2.2 inch) and weighs in at 1200 g, or 2.64 lbs. The CORSAIR 680X RGB chassis had just enough room to accommodate it with the fans/rad combo installed in the front. With a card of this size, I highly suggest checking the case clearances beforehand. The Ultra W OC-V, as the name suggests, is the white variant the iGame Ultra OC-V series, with the other color option available being black. I personally prefer the white version since it has more character overall. The plastic shroud has a lot of details with geometric shapes and cut lines. The asymmetry in design and decorative highlights on the shroud and backplate give the card a unique and exotic look that would be amazing with the right build.
The cooling solution used by iGame consists of a trio of fans sitting on top of a massive heatsink that spans the whole PCB, with 6x 6mm heatpipes that facilitate the thermal transfer. The larger 90mm fans have 13 blades each and work in tandem with the 9-blade 80mm middle fan to push through the volume of air needed to cool the card. The window-facing side has two 8-pin PCIe power connectors and the iGame RGB logo.
The PCIe bracket of the iGame GeForce RTX 3070 Ultra W OC-V is well ventilated and comes equipped with three DisplayPort 1.4a connectors and one HDMI 2.1 connector. Instead of the impossible to reach tiny BIOS switch on the PCB, the iGame cards have an actual OC button that’s way more convenient. Users can choose between the Normal and Turbo modes, which I will touch on in more detail in the next page. The opposite side from the PCI bracket gives a better view of the thickness of the heatsink and access to the VGA support mounting holes. The way the shroud is designed makes this card almost 3 slots thick. That’s another factor tyo take in consideration if you have any other expansion cards to install for your build.
To manage the RGB lighting and performance levels of the GeForce RTX 3070 Ultra W OC-V, iGame makes available the highly integrated iGame Center software. The main screen provides an overview of the system components performance. Here you can monitor the CPU, GPU, RAM, Network, and fans. Next, we get the option to adjust the performance and cooling of the GPU. Selecting the “Light Setting” button lets you control the GPU RGB screen mode, speed, brightness, and effect direction. The global lighting synchronization screen gives the option of binding compatible RGB components for a synchronised effect.
The monitoring center shows a more comprehensive view of the system status including temps, performance levels and fan speeds. Lastly, the settings screen provides some basic settings and lets you check for software update. Overall, the iGame Center is pretty straight forward and easy to use. While it’s missing the advanced features available with advanced apps like MSI Afterburner, it provides an intuitive way of controlling the RGB lighting and overclock the card.
