Swimming (RP with grasstraineranton)
Divina dipped her feet into the cool water, it was not as warm as she would have liked but it certainly felt nicer than standing. Who would have thought that walking around the Hoenn region would be so hard? Mist, the albino Mudkip, hesitated on the edge of the embankment before plunging in, paddling stubby legs frantically to keep his head above the surface. Divina giggled, offering one of her feet for him to cling to. The water seemed to be fairly calm and it was surprisingly quiet for being but a few minutes south of Mauville. The usually busy route nearly deserted for once.
Maybe Button would be happier out here with fewer people, maybe she was just shy. Divina popped the Pokeball out of her bag and released the Aron. The shiny silver Pokémon glanced around, quickly taking in her new surroundings. She let out a uneasy huff at Divina's closeness and took a step back. The portion of embankment under her hind legs crumbled under her dense weight, sending the heavy creature plummeting down and vanishing under the water.
Immediately Divina was on her feet, shrieking in alarm. "BUTTON!!!" Her sudden motion flipped off Mist from where he had been clinging, sending him tumbling and spinning into deeper water. He squealed in alarm, flailing as he too went under. "MIST!!!" Divina looked frantically between where the two had vanished, tears beginning to well up, she could barely lift Button to begin with, what if this water was too deep? She couldn't see the bottom, what if she couldn't touch or if there was something dangerous down there? She froze, shaking.
