It's November so it's time for another Escher Girls caption contest!
I figure this panel is pretty funny and out of context and perfect for a caption contest!
What's going on? What's happening? Your caption can be whatever you want, a song, a short caption, a short story, whatever.
Be creative! Be funny!
Captions can be submitted here via reblog or reply, on the main site via Disqus comments, or by emailing Escher Girls at [email protected].
I'll run the contest for 2 weeks ending at the end of Friday, November 21, with the winners announced on Sunday November 23!
Winners can get their choices of Steam codes I have available as prizes, but you can also just participate for fun! I've acquired some new codes so there will be plenty of new prizes!
Good luck and have fun!

As a non-gore follow-up to yesterday's gore-y boobs and butt zombie (cw: gore, obviously).
Wren submitted:
"This comic isn't shy on the fan service. It's setting is the set of a survivor-type show starring models in bikinis and Claire Redfield gets introduced butt-first."
Yeah okay, there's no academic justification for this one. This is just "we're gonna introduce our heroine ass first because that's the important part".
Or maybe the jeans represent how tough and resilient she is, and the bag represents how prepared she is and... yeah okay... sorry Academic Ami is 0 for 2 now.
(Panel from Resident Evil - Heavenly Island vol. 1 (2015) by Naoki Serizawa and Capcom)
"I am going to attempt retrieval."
Of your body parts? Because I think that might be a good idea.
I'm still staring at her body trying to parse it all out, but at least the butt's in focus. That's the important part!
It's like her butt was the first thing that was drawn and then everything else was drawn around it.

The American Dream is apparently butts. Lots and lots of highly vacuum-sealed butts.
Also I assume that not!Iron Man guy has Sir Mix-A-Lot playing in the background.
(Panels from American Dream #1 (2008), Marvel Comics)
I feel like every single time Psylocke does anything, it's like her body just becomes a jumble of body parts that vaguely orbit her butt and boob(s).
I also can't tell if that lump under her right breast is meant to be her torso or her left breast.
(Panel of Psylocke & Archangel: Crimson Dawn #3 (1997), Marvel Comics)
I love how Van Helsing has her crossbow and stake, Robyn is (I guess) threatening you with her bow, and Hellchild is like "I forgot to bring any weapons, so I'm gonna STAB YOU WITH THE BEAN BURRITOS I HAD YESTERDAY".
Or at least that's what I assume is going on. Sometimes I think you need a PHD in sexyheroineology to figure some of these covers out.
(Variant cover of Van Helsing vs The League of Monsters #3 (2020), Zenescope Entertainment)
*Hellchild's boob is doing something very strange in relation to her head, neck and shoulders
**hey at least Robyn's athletic top actually looks like fabric
How considerate of her to lift the grate for the girls who aren't made of plasticine.
I guess she's the one who stole that other woman's legs from the cover of the previous issue. >_>
