Y’all seen that guy who’s like “how to keep your goth witch girlfriend happy” and have you noticed over half of them are sex? Like I love sex. But if more than half of your relationship “tips” are about sex, I think it’s less of happiness and more about sex.
Like, I watched one that was three tips;
1. Waterproof eyeliner, so it won’t run when you’ve given it your all (sex very strongly implied)
2. Carry the rocks and stuff she gives you because it’s “nothing compared to her wrath”
3. “Encourage her to grow her nails long and into talons. Great for back-scratches and going into your back!”
Like, 2/3 of these are for sex. To me, (and this is probably me being overly sensitive and drawing conclusions where there are none) it feels like there’s a goth kink/fetish here and it’s less about how to make your relationship work and more about “humor her and she’ll let you have sex with her” and that just feels… wrong.
Which is weird for me to say given how much I am an extremely pro-sex and feel it should be had frequently.
But maybe create a relationship first so the sex is better and isn’t the only base???
