Every queer millennial obsessed with the musical Cats felt some kind of awakening watching the 1998 recording, right? For me it was Bombalurina and Demeter singing Macavity, and these absolute bombshells fully slay in The Jellicle Ball. Mother Macavity herself is also an ICON (Leiomy Maldonado hello????)

So please do expect me to become even more obnoxious about this THREE TIME TONY WINNER, I'm not even close to done with them yet.

I had so so SO much fun with the first Catz doll that I'm going to be doing a series of as much of the cast of Cats: The Jellicle Ball as I possibly can. Happy Tony's!

Continuing the CATS: The Jellicle Ball art run, I absolutely had to draw Cassandra as a Bratz doll. Emma Sofia is incredible going from this role in Act 1 to Skimbleshanks in Act 2, which if you haven't watched the MTA collab with Cats for a Skimbleshanks music vid then immediately do so.

I was very very lucky to get to go see CATS: The Jellicle Ball. First up in my inspired pieces from this show is one Ken Ard, who not only originated the role of Macavity on Broadway, but has returned from a 25 year hiatus to join the reimagining as DJ Griddlebone. It's so incredible to get to have seen his return and to get to see how much joy he still has for this show. I'm going to be incredibly obnoxious about this show and make no apologies.

I literally love all of you, but as a Tumblr veteran, Tumblr's main feature is the reblog feature. It is the beating heart of the dashboard and the foundation for a chronological timeline. The For You page here should not be your default setting.

You guys have got to start reblogging stuff you enjoy, especially, specifically gifs and fan art but also fics and fan theories or even hot takes if you're not afraid of a lil discourse. I'm tired of being the first or third reblog for a person's post and then seeing my blog's followers do nothing but hit like, while blogs sit there with no new posts in months or years!

Funguary 2026 - Week 2: Fairytale

I discovered The Miller and instantly had the vision of a fairytale wedding between a humble peasant girl and a prince.

I just realized I never shared the original dateable I designed! I have unfinished character cards and a secret third design yet to come, but I wanted to share!

Meet Val Cano! She's a drag queen based off this overly complicated device we use to smoke the devil's lettuce in my house. She has two different outfits you can find her in before achieving a love relationship. Her ballgown look is her indica form, and the catsuit is her sativa form, and which form you find her in depends on the time of day. If I were to place her, I'd say you could find her in the office on one of the shelves.
