[A Creative Home... With Melike of Easy Interieur in Berlin]

If you like monochromatic decor, you’ve got to se Reece & Paul’s Edwardian home reno in South London. They are designers who love unique, dark and maximalist design.

This is the kind of gray decor that just looks so sharp and looks great in a period room like the living room, as well as more modern spaces. 

With a view of their lovely garden is the family room/dining room/kitchen combo. I love that caned TV cabinet.

The small kitchen is packed with spectacular choices, from the handles on the beautiful soft gray cabinets, to the contemporary farm sink, fabulous stove, and that sensational backsplash and counters. 

Loving the wallpaper, door, and revamped radiator.

The entrance hall is simple. The star is the geometric floor tile.

The main bedroom is a beauty- I love the upholstered bed, the little fireplace, but most of all the wallpaper. That pattern always reminded of a stormy day.

A sophisticated guest room in soothing gray with a lovely velvet headboard outlined in upholstery tacks.

If you like dark grays, Reece & Paul’s “The Little Edwardian” home is for you. It’s so gray, I thought the photos were in black & white at first! But, they’ve done a beautiful job, b/c it’s so pretty.

The home was renovated and bookshelves, plus a skylight and sliding glass doors were added in the dining area that includes a family area, kitchen and the garden.

Lovely sitting area in the kitchen/dining room has a velvet sofa and a sleek black & cane credenza.

The kitchen is stunning with gray cabinets, a fabulous stove, standout counters, fancy farm sink, black tile and multi-finish hardware.

As this room demonstrates, black & white can be so atractive.

Moody entrance pops with a geometric tile floor.

For the bedroom they chose the popular gray cloud wallpaper, a tufted upholstered bed, and a of course, it has a sweet little fireplace painted black.

The guest room has a touch of color in the pillows.

Amazingly, Ilkka & Janne’s beautifully decorated rural Finnish home is only a weekend retreat.

The old home was renovated and done in deep gray tones with black and white.

The home is full of antiques and vintage finds that exude charm.

Tables were painted black or steel gray to match the color pallet. 

The black chest, black chairs and crisp white tablecloth in the dining room are beautifully accented with gray and white accessories.

The sun porch is an oasis of plants.

The bedroom, though the lightest room in the house, is calming and serene.

Small, but so elegant bath has a sweet little slipper tub.
