I wonder if RTCW could be considered the best Wolfenstein game. Because it doesn't have some modern elements later games do like a bigger focus on story and upgrade system and it obvously not as limited as 3D and co. So IF there ever was an "ultimate" Wolfenstein, it could've used RTCW as a base. Like a "MetaWolfenstein" which i think so far its equivalent is Brutal Wolfenstein 3D (Which is liked by people that usually don't like BD) and that project CardboardMarty and DrPySpy were working on.

I wonder, have MachineGames' Wolfenstein titles made any reference to the OSA director and his assistent Jack Stone?

Maybe there's something i forgot, but they brought back Caroline from 2009 and Old Blood had Agent One (Fun fact, the Xbox version of RTCW having co-op means it technically has a timeline where he lives).

I feel like they could've been brought back, honestly.

Even if they'd be dead, at least some sort of reference.

Some day, i should do something related to the console versions of Quake 2, 3 and RTCW

(Simply googled these images)

Because they have exclusive content in them and are obscure versions of these games.

This post itself could at least be a reminder to anyone, be it readers of this blog or even anyone doing articles or videos documentation/researching stuff better than me.

Thinking about how Old Blood had the character Kessler, who was somewhat based on a similarly named NPC from RTCW but with a more elaborate design and personality.

Likewise how Helga von Schabbs is based on Helga von Bulow from RTCW and also references Dr Schabbs from Wolf 3D.

I even wonder about what other returning/referenced characters would be in new games because i once thought they could easily have the Death Knight from Spear of Destiny show up as this Iron Man inspired guy and you fight him while he's flying.

Even steal his armor and used it against the Nazis.

Skidrow Sewers - Kingpin: Life of Crime (1999) Developer - Xatrix Entertainment Publisher - Interplay Entertainment

The sewers under Skidrow have been overtaken by the gangsters working for Nikki Blanco, the mobster whose goons left the player character for dead at the start of the game. Entering the sewers requires killing the 5 crooks guarding the entrance, a task best left until the player has acquired a gun and hired Bubba help to clear the path. The sewers themselves have more mobsters armed with pipes, pistols and shotguns that can make short work of the player, so keeping Bubba alive so that he can bear the brunt of the attacks is the safest course of action. The sewers also have rats that are small and nimble enough to chip away at the player's health while being difficult to kill. There is ammunition, cash and health kits available to be found or looted off the corpses of goons. The exit can be found on the south side of the sewer tunnels.
