whatever you do if you’re feeling horny absolutely do NOT think about greaser!steve harrington with his stupid leather jacket and his stupid hair with one stupid curl dangling in the front with a stupid cigarette hanging from his lips with that stupid smirk on his stupid pretty face.
“Yeah?” Steve answered, sat in the living with Sarah who looks up from her book.
“Should I wear those dark jeans or the leather pants tonight?”
The response was instant as Steve shouted quickly, “Leather pants! Wear the leather pants! Please!”
Tony chuckles loudly at Steve’s answer before pulling out the sinful leather pants he got with Natasha a while back.
“Yeah, I thought so.” He murmured, grinning to himself as he began to get dressed.
Steve was more than pleased at the chance of seeing Tony in them again and his mind almost drifted towards particular thoughts when-
He caught sight of his mother who was smirking at him with a raised eyebrow.
“Because you are so not desperate.” She teased and Steve’s cheeks turned a fiery red as he hid his face in one of the throw pillows, Sarah’s laughter filling the entire room.
I blame @ravenisthegem for this because she brought up the greaser!AU then she went, ‘Greaser Steve gets along well with old people.’ and I was overcome with a lot of feels. We had decided that he was the living embodiment of a 40s gentleman but dressed in tight black jeans with a leather jacket and slicked back hair.
He is the ‘bad boy’ gentleman.
So this headcanon came about where Steve visits retirement homes because he likes to do something good for the community and he just likes going there as he enjoys it. The old people there love him because he’s one of the kindest lads that they have ever met and he’s always well-mannered as well as respectful towards them.
He loves listening to any stories that they have for their time in the war or even about their lives as well as their grandchildren. Steve finds these incredibly interesting because he’s learning about these people who have had such amazing as well as tough lives and he hopes that he can be like them when he’s their age.
But he doesn’t go alone.
Tony tags along as well and he comes along because he loves spending as much time with Steve as he can and that meant anywhere. And the old folks grow fond of Tony very quickly and Tony quickly grows fond as them as well. They all get along and it’s fantastic.
Tony helps them learn how to use their laptops as well as any problems that they may have with them. And he doesn’t mind sitting there with them for hours on end as he wants to make sure that they understand everything and they’re okay with what he’s explained. He also helps them out with Skype so they can talk to their grandchildren whenever they like. One elderly woman even gives him a sweet and pats him on the head while calling him a sweet young man which causes Tony smiling shyly as well as his cheeks to redden at the gesture.
This brings such a big grin to Steve’s face who happens to be around them at the time and when Tony questions that grin of his, Steve simply shrugs and whistles innocently. But he’s secretly gushing on the inside because he thinks he has the most amazing boyfriend ever.
Steve even reads to them with a book of their choice and they love it when he reads because his voice is so deep yet soothing. It puts everyone at ease and even Tony can’t stop the goofy smile that appears on his lips as the relaxing tone of his lover’s voice relaxes him.
It relaxes him so much that he drifts off and in the end, Steve has to carry him out of the place because he doesn’t have the heart to wake him up. This causes everyone to coo at them and compliment about what a cute couple they make and how adorable the whole thing is that Steve is blushing so brightly but he can’t help but smile because yes, they are such a cute couple!
I just love the idea of Steve being this big bad boy who comes from this gang and is seen as one to be feared but when it comes to certain things, he just changes completely. He’s not the bad guy people automatically assume he is and only a small handful of people know this.
His gang, his mother and Tony.
I also love the idea of one of the elderly people pinching his cheeks while calling him a ‘gentleman’ while Tony snickers in the background.
Hi! Hello! Please imagine greaser AU stevetony getting ambushed by some dudes from another gang, and all of a sudden Tony is running towards them and takes out all four of them, almost faster than Natasha could. Imagine Tony screaming "run!" and taking off with Steve at his side. Imagine Steve looking at his smol boyfriend who grins at him like he didn't just beat up 4 dudes at once.
I always love when they think that Tony needs protecting constantly because he’s smol and fragile. Truth is that he is a badass and knows how to fight his way out of any situation. When this happens, Tony just goes at them fully with the intent of hurting and injuring as much as possible. Steve doesn’t even have time to react and he stands there in shock as Tony kicks their asses, bringing them down hard.
Before anything else can happen, Tony grabs Steve’s wrist and tells him to leg it as they make their way towards a safer destination. At the end of it, Steve can’t help but stare at Tony in disbelief as Tony brushes off his hands and grins up at him innocently.
“So, pizza?” Tony suggests casually and Steve doesn’t know whether to be extremely impressed or frightened.
Okay so this awesome idea came from @aeranor and it’s Greaser!AU where Steve gets very possessive and protective of Tony when one of the rival gangs’ leaders try to hit on Tony. This would happen when the Howling Commandos are hanging out at the diner that they usually hang out in. Steve’s mother, Sarah, works there so it’s kind and friendly place where all the teens come out to finish the school day with a nice milkshake or a burger with some fries.
This rival group would be AIM where the leader is Aldrich Killian. He is one of the people who doesn’t know that Steve is in a relationship. He had been gone for a while and no one had informed him when he got back. So when he sees Tony innocently wandering around, smiling and chatting with the people of the joint, Aldrich thinks that he’s got prey. So he tries to hit on Tony who tries to be polite at first, telling him that he isn’t available as he’s in a relationship. Aldrich doesn’t believe this because he thinks that Tony’s trying to get him off his back. He continues to pursue the poor lad around the place and when Aldrich lays a hand on Tony’s hip, Tony instantly becomes very defensive.
An argument breaks out between them and it ends with Aldrich threatening Tony to treat him with more respect, also adding in to act like the good little boy toy he is. This doesn’t go down well for Aldrich though because within the time he had been harassing Tony, Sarah had immediately called up Steve and soon enough, the whole diner goes quiet. Tony realizes that Steve has arrived and smirks victoriously as Steve taps Aldrich’s shoulder and lands a solid punch on his face as he turns around to question him.
He’s knocked out in about one punch (haha, ONE PUNCH, anime reference) and Steve glares daggers at the unconscious man as Tony calms him down to keep him from beating Aldrich up any further. The rest of the Commandos file in to see what has happened before laughing because they are quite amused.
Sarah usually doesn’t condone violence in her diner but when it comes to the protection of her son, his boyfriend and their friends, it’s alright by her.

I decided to post the Greaser!AU fic on AO3 so it could be all in one place. It’s just a chapter long and I don’t know why but I’m really happy I wrote it. It’s not the best thing ever but it gave me joy making it up. So here is Tony in leather pants and Steve simply loving the fact that Tony is in such tight pants.
