The Forest Hills School district has 6 elementary schools, one middle school, and two high schools. A recent bond levy that passed in 2014 provides for the infrastructure upgrades of many of the elementary schools with one elementary school being moved into a new building. The money from the bond will also be used to upgrade the high schools in the district as well.

Anderson Township is policed by the Hamilton County Sheriff who provides the highly trained and skilled officers that patrol the neighborhoods. The Anderson Township Fire Department began as a volunteer service in 1940 and now is fully funded by the Township with full time firefighters and four fire stations throughout the township.
