There's hope in a hopeless situation. I've been there, empty, exhausted, weak, pain, tired, dying... but I survived. To survive is when we train ourselves to see JOY in the ordinary. Yes, the response is joy. TO FIND JOY IN HUMBLE PLACES, it maybe in colors of the building, the sky, the food we eat, people smile, music, trees, flowers so on.. Joy is everywhere if we only look close enough. This is how we survived life. Hard times will always come to pass, it will. Waiting for the sunshine after the rain. But how we make each day joyful makes a difference. Being joyful in trials is not easy, but God say's "I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full (John 15:11). And that should be our greatest joyful hope.
