Ingredients: 8 oz spaghetti. 2 cans 5 oz each tuna in olive oil, drained. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Zest of 1 lemon. Juice of 1 lemon. 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste. Grated Parmesan cheese for serving.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the spaghetti until it is al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside. Save 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. For about one minute, until the garlic smells good, add the minced garlic. Put the drained tuna in the pan and use a spoon to break it up. For two to three minutes. Add the cooked spaghetti, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chopped dill to the pan. Toss everything together, and if the sauce gets too thick, add the pasta water you saved.
