While anyone can turn their eggs green, with grape jelly, green cheese was a new kettle of fish for me thanks to Mrs V for bringing it to our Chattanooga party. It went down beautifully with a barrel-aged golden ale from Yazoo Brewing.
Many crave the comfort of the familiar, but I savor a new experience. When the bartender at Citron Et Sel said he’d never found anyone who liked the Sotol steeped in rattlesnake, I said I was his huckleberry - he served me anyway.
