Carmilla wasn't...the best when it camr to people outside of her family. Being homeless for three years and knowing that you were made to be a living weapon for another two led to some pretty fucked up mind-sets.
Her family though? Well, they were just as fucked up as she was. How could she not? Everyone had something and...Carmilla had a dad again, one who couldn't ever be killed off and one she couldn't kill, which was a huge fucking bonus in her eyes.
The only one she still wasn't too sure about was that Mattie girl, if she was honest. Sure, there was the fact that she was dating Carm's brother, which was pretty cute and all, but Mattie always smelled...off when she was around Carmilla or Lyra or even Gwenny. That in turn made Carmilla feel tense and every interaction between them so far was...odd. It didn't really help either when they'd first met 'cause she was helping out Shadow Base at the time (even if she was undercover) and the whole "brawling" thing...not to mention the fact that they had a vaguely same power category and both of them had a giant green guy as their dad. Though Carm's was more literal so there.
But anyway, Dad and Jen said "get along" and "make it work" and "set a good example for Gwen" so...here Carmilla was, glancing up from her place on the sofa where she had been watching some hardcore drama about whether or not a suitcase was cake, in just her shorts and a tank top (and of course, always her inhibitor bracelet, didn't wanna kill Skaar's girlfriend after all).
"....Yo."
