Elevate your holiday celebration with these Roasted Pork Crostini. These elegant appetizers feature tender shredded pork, crisp green apple, juicy pomegranate seeds, and creamy brie on a golden crostini—a festive and flavorful combination.
Ingredients: 1 baguette, sliced into thin rounds. 2 cups cooked and shredded pork loin. 1 green apple, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds. 1 wheel of brie cheese, sliced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Brush olive oil on each slice of baguette before putting them on a baking sheet. After the oven is hot, bake the crostini for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they are golden and crisp. Mix the pork shreds with salt, pepper, and dried thyme in a bowl. Put a lot of the seasoned shredded pork on top of each crostini. On top of the pork, put a slice of brie. On top of the brie, put a slice of green apple and some pomegranate seeds. After putting the crostini together, return them to the oven and melt the brie for another 5 minutes. Take them out of the oven and let them cool down a bit before you serve them. These Roasted Pork Crostini are a fun holiday appetizer because they have the richness of pork, the crunch of green apple, the pop of pomegranate seeds, and the smoothness of brie. Put these tasty treats on a platter and serve them to your guests! If you want, you can add more thyme as a garnish. Each elegant and tasty bite has the perfect mix of flavors.
