Hello loves, Today I’m sharing with you an ancient “witchy” remedy that will enhance your health! Herbal 🌿 infusions have been used for thousands of years. Infusions have large quantities of minerals, vitamins, and trace amounts of EFA’s and proteins. They are also simple and affordable to make (move over green juice). All you need is a jar with a lid, an assortment of herbs, boiling water and time. All you need to do is fill the jar 1/2 way up with herbs, then fill up the jar with boiling water, put the lid on, and let the herbs brew over night🌙. When you wake up in the morning 🌻 it will be ready to drink. Here are the herbs that I would recommend purchasing: - nettle leaf 🍂 - alfalfa leaf 🍃 - oat straw 🌾 - burdock - red clover 🍀 - dandelion leaf 🌱 (If you have to choose one, I would go with nettle leaf, it’s like nature’s multivitamin!) You can make up a large batch during a full moon 🌕 or, in corporate the infusion into a spell or, just make it apart of daily routine. If you are new to drinking infusions, it might taste a bit bitter to you. So, I would recommend adding some sweetener to it.
