From Colombia, I support all protesting for their rights in the United States. I support Black Lives Matter.

Is not much I can do from Colombia, but here, we know how brutal protests can get. We use makeshift shields, helmets, baking soda in water or vinegar for the tear gas.

I know its hard when you are panicking with all the chaos around you, but try not to run. It's worse, trust me.

This is the most important fight of your lives, because it is your own life at stake. Keep resisting! It may seem obvious, but this moment is where it matters most.

I know it's fucking scary, but it is also necessary.

But whatever you do, don't do it alone.

In this era, while we are not there, we have been in your shoes not long ago. For us in Colombia it was in november of last year. So we fucking support you!

We don't only want death for the McMichaels and Roddie. We don't only want death to the cowards who shot and killed Breonna Taylor.
